Resource Management Division

The Resources Management Division is primarily responsible for coordinating the development and submission of Ames Research Center's full cost budget requirements, as well as the day-to-day oversight and management of Center funding.

  • Facilitates and integrates the Center's annual budget submission to Headquarters
  • Coordinates Center response to Headquarters' generated resources action items
  • Performs workforce analysis of both civil service and contractors
  • Maintains oversight and management of the Center's institutional budget, including Center Management & Operations (CM&O), Institutional Investments and Corporate G&A
  • Performs oversight and analysis of civil service labor and travel
  • Performs Mission Directorate oversight and analyses
  • Includes fund center level coordination of guideline tracking, budget transfers, and review of all associated workforce & full cost elements (labor & travel, and procurement)
  • Provides day-to-day oversight and management of Center funds at a fund center level or lower
  • Works closely with project managers and/or technical POCs to ensure Center funds are executed appropriately
  • Serves as Center COTR for the Financial Support Services contract acting as a liaison between Acquisitions, Technical Monitors and Site Management, and work with Technical Monitors and Resources staff to ensure each subtask is fully funded. (POC: Mari Matsueda)
